Engineered for the Unexpected.
StopForce® is built with proprietary Xtegra fabric at its core, wrapped in fire-rated PVC polyester, and reinforced with a high-performance perimeter rope. Together, they absorb and disperse blast energy. Dangerous forces stay contained.

Three layers. One mission.
Xtegra™ Auxetic Core
Proprietary high-tenacity yarn with a negative Poisson's ratio. Under impact, the fabric thickens instead of thinning, capturing fragments before they propagate.
Fire-Rated PVC Polyester Shell
An NFPA 701 and CSFM compliant outer envelope shields the core from flame, UV, weather, and chemical exposure in harsh industrial settings.
Perimeter Reinforcement Rope
A high-performance rope distributes shock load across the assembly and anchors the curtain securely under blast wave pressure.
Auxetic yarn that thickens on impact.
Most materials thin out and tear when stretched. Xtegra fabric does the opposite. Its auxetic structure expands laterally as it absorbs energy, packing fibers more densely exactly where the impact lands. The result is a curtain that catches the shockwave and shrapnel ranging 0.1 to 2.3 kg traveling at velocities up to 900 ft/sec.
Xtegra panels are designed to survive multiple deployment cycles and routine pressure tests with a 1 year limited warranty on material and craftsmanship and a 10+ year lifespan, provided documented inspection and correct usage and installation criteria are met.

Built to survive the site.
Every fitting on a StopForce® assembly is selected to outlast the conditions it is installed in. No consumer-grade hardware. No shortcuts.

316 Stainless Trolleys
Custom rolling hardware glides the curtain into position, then retracts for full equipment access.
Heat-Treated Carabiners
Double-locking, load-rated, field-replaceable. Inspectable and certified for industrial duty.
Welded or Bolted Steel Frame
Custom-engineered to your site geometry. Permanent or modular configurations available.
Reconfigurable Panels
Modular, interlocking sections size to job. Redeploy across sites without reordering custom parts.
Tested in real-world scenarios.
Independently validated at Southwest Research Lab. Twelve pounds of C4 detonated 13 feet from the curtain produced a 40 psi blast wave. The 5-gallon bucket and 4 by 4 timber behind the Xtegra panel were untouched.
Withstood and contained in live testing.
Real explosive payload, not simulated load.
Close-range detonation distance.
A clear path to real protection.
Site Assessment
We walk your facility, identify exposure points, and map the geometry that drives the design.
Custom Engineering
Frame, hardware, and panel sizing tailored to your equipment, standoff, and operational workflow.
Installation
Our crew installs and commissions the system with minimal disruption to live operations.
Support & Training
On-site training for your team plus ongoing inspection and maintenance options.
